YES if a person physically on the official stage during closing ceremonies visibly takes a photo of themselves, alone or with others, using a camera or phone. A group selfie counts. Merely posing for another photographer, filming without taking a photo, audience selfies and prerecorded images do not count. Use the full official closing-ceremony recording. NO requires complete usable evidence; if the event is cancelled or the evidence is insufficient, VOID. Trading closes before closing ceremonies and must not reopen after the outcome is known.
